Happy Birthday Lucy!

She came into the world with a little hand, just to put in mine;

With her beautiful Mom by her side;

Here she is, our new little girl,

Lucy Alice Grindstaff!

With a surprised big sister,

And a proud big brother;

Grandpa is just as happy as can be.

And Grandma loving her life!

Leaving us with our happy family, Caleb, Charlotte, Samantha, Lucy and ALL!!!

The Witte

Last month we went to the Witte museum. We saw a mummy, a stuffed buffalo, and played a video game on the floor. We even made slow motion videos of ourselves. Charlotte even danced with growing plants. But before we get to the good stuff here is the man:

Grandma and Grandpa's visit

Everyone was happy despite the 100+ degree heat.

The new style is the straw hat. Mom and Dad are looking good!

Aaron and Anita also made the trip. They came, they played, and then we made them experience Texas culture by going to the Alamo!

With our museum membership we can take four kids to the museum. We have good friends in the ward that have kids close to our kids ages. So Liz kindly watched Samantha while I braved downtown with my older kids and her two older kids. I have to say, even though I had one extra kid and unlike last time didn't have Sam it was a much easier trip. The kids each had a buddy and didn't run away or need to be carried.
